Samsung recently announced that it has signed separate agreements with the Chinese companies Beijing Jolon and Guangdong Yue Guang DMB to supply them with 200,000 and 300,000 T-DMB mobile phones respectively, marking the first time Korea exports these handsets to another country. Beijing Jolon and Guangdong Yue Guang DMB are making these procurements as T-DMB services are expected to start in April 2006 in Beijing and in the first half of 2006 in the province of Guangdong.
